Welcome to the official website of al-Ward Building Contracting LLC. Al-Ward is a UAE contracting company, having joint–ventures with several consulting and contracting local and international companies. This provides the company with the required knowledge and potentials.

The Message:
Based on our vision, the message which we want to send throughout our work is that there is no impossible in engineering, and engineers are creative persons. Even though our company small right now, but every mature was premature, therefore the hope leads us to overcome all technical difficulties with the dramatic road of creation.
The Objectives:
By following the reality which we identified in our vision and message, our objectives move with motion of our reality and our explanation to it. Our objectives improve our knowledge and skills in order to develop a pioneer foundation in the field.
Pre-Qualification:
The potential of our company poles about the well-known resources of any successful engineering work, namely: 4 M’s (Man – Material – Machine – Money). Our strategy in managing these resources depends on skeletal system.
The human resources (Man) of the company cover the demand of its projects throughout our general manager, site engineers, foremen, skilled and un-skilled crews. The organization chart illustrated below gives a good picture about the skeleton of the company.
On the other hand, any raw and prefabricated materials, including ingredient of Portland cement concrete, steel reinforcement, steel and wooden shutters and formworks… etc.
Machinery and tools of civil and electro-mechanical projects are available under request.
During our previous projects, the company provided all the required machinery of earth works, concrete pouring, and concrete pile head breaking… etc., namely: wheel loaders, excavators, trucks, graders, compactors, pile cutter machines and vibro-hammer machine... etc.
In spite of the nominal capital of our company, and after performing several successful projects, the financial capability is fair enough to fluently execute the jobs and projects awarded to the company.
